Fees Payment and Taxes. 6.1 Customer will be invoiced for the Fees (including any applicable taxes) annually in advance unless otherwise set forth in the Order. Customer agrees to pay all invoices within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice. Amounts payable are not refundable except as set forth in Section 11.2 (Warranties).
