Fees Resulting From Termination. Except in the event of a termination (i) by the Trust due to an uncured material breach by AP or (ii) pursuant to Section X(b) or X(d), the Trust shall pay AP all compensation and fees owing on the date of termination or the date that the provision of services cease. For a termination (i) by the Trust due to an uncured material breach by AP or (ii) pursuant to Section X(b) or X(d), the Trust shall pay AP all compensation and fees owing through the date of termination or the date that the provision of services ceases, whichever is later.
