Common use of FEES, TAXES AND BILLING Clause in Contracts

FEES, TAXES AND BILLING. Licensee must pay all applicable fees and charges listed in any Schedule or related rate sheet. Xxxxxx Xxx may increase or decrease such charges on 20 days’ prior notice to Licensee. Licensee’s continued use of the applicable Licensed Materials constitutes Licensee’s acceptance of any such adjustments. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Taxes related to Licensee’s access to or use of the Licensed Application are the responsibility of Licensee.
