FFE CONTRACTS. 6.5.1 An FFE Contract shall: (a) be on the usual terms of the Working Capital Bank; (b) be of a duration of not more than 12 months; (c) be on terms that the Working Capital Bank shall have no obligation to make payments under it at any time after the Working Capital Repayment Date unless the Working Capital Bank (in its sole discretion and upon such terms as it requires) agrees otherwise; and (d) only be entered into on a Business Day. 6.5.2 All obligations and liabilities owing to the Working Capital Bank under or in respect of an FFE Contract shall be deemed to be obligations and liabilities owing to the Working Capital Bank under this Agreement.
