FHB NFCT must. (a) Assign all departures; runway heading, climb and maintain 2000 feet, expect requested altitude 10 minutes after departure, and issue the appropriate departure frequency, unless otherwise coordinated.
(b) Advise JAX when an aircraft involved in a TMU, Call For Release (CFR) program begins taxi for departure, so that JAX can contact TMU to obtain a release time.
(c) Obtain a release, including departure runway, from JAX for all IFR departures via recorded commercial telephone ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. If the aircraft has not departed within 3 minutes, the release is void.
(d) Advise VFR departures to remain clear of the Jacksonville Class C airspace and the extended centerline of Runways 8/26 at Jacksonville International Airport.
FHB NFCT must. (a) Not alter the flight path of aircraft cleared for an instrument or visual approach, unless prior coordination has been accomplished.
(b) Notify JAX whenever an unplanned missed approach occurs or an aircraft on an instrument approach conducts an unplanned circling approach.
(c) Forward IFR arrival times or cancellations when requested by ▇▇▇.
