Arrivals. You may check into residence at the front desk of your residence after 9 am on your Move-In Date. Residents may not arrive earlier than the Move-In Date unless they qualify under section 1.25 below.
Arrivals. You may check into your Accommodation in the Residence Complex at the Residence Services Office on your assigned Move‐In Date. Check‐in times vary during the year, so please check the website and/or your email for details. Residents may not arrive earlier than their assigned Move‐In Date unless they qualify under Schedule B s. 3.6 below.
Arrivals. (1) The Transfer of Control Point (TCP) will be the common ZTL/CLT lateral boundary and vertical confines of CLT airspace.
(2) ZTL must provide CLT arrivals a minimum of 5 miles in trail and published speeds at the ZTL/CLT lateral boundary unless otherwise coordinated. CLT has control for speed increases on arrivals.
(3) CLT will not reverse, hold or climb an arrival within an ATA without ZTL approval.
(4) CLT will transition arrivals into CLT delegated airspace prior to the adjacent ZTL sector boundary.
(5) When notified that holding is required, ZTL will clear subsequent arrivals to the appropriate arrival transition fix depicted in Annex 1. CLT must accept any aircraft inside the arrival transition fix at the time holding is required.
(6) The airspace inside the ATA, 11,000 - 16,000 feet as depicted on Annex 1, is released to ZTL in the event of holding or if CLT does not accept a handoff by 3 NM from the TCP.
(7) ZTL will clear turbojet and turboprop arrivals to KCLT via the appropriate Standard Terminal Arrival Route (STAR) and ensure all aircraft are established on the appropriate routings prior to the TCP. Prop arrivals may remain on filed routings. All CLT terminal area arrivals must be cleared to cross the arrival transition fix (or TCP for prop arrivals not on STAR) in accordance with the following routes and altitudes.
(8) Turbojets arrivals to KCLT must be cleared as follows:
1. Altitude and speed depicted for the appropriate STAR based upon runway configuration. a. ZTL will ensure appropriate coordination with CLT for all cases of aircraft on an OPD STAR NOT issued a "descend via" clearance. b. ZTL must initiate handoff and communication transfer to CLT prior to the TCP to facilitate issuance of a runway assignment in a timely manner. c. In the event of a landing direction operation change, ZTL must coordinate with CLT the first aircraft to be on the new transition. FILPZ, PARQR, LIINN, BTSEY TCP @ 14,000 and 250 knots JONZE, BANKR, CHPTR TCP @ 11,000 and 250 knots MAJIC, CHSLY TCP @ 13,000 and 250 knots FILPZ, PARQR, LIINN, BTSEY TCP @ 11,000 and 250 knots JONZE, BANKR, CHPTR TCP @ or below 14,000 and 250 knots MAJIC, CHSLY TCP @ 13,000 and 250 knots
(9) ZTL must issue the Descend Via clearance to turbojet aircraft in a timely manner that ensure aircraft are capable of meeting all restrictions based on landing direction. Aircraft are expected to be at these prescribed altitudes to meet appropriate CLT OPD windows. Special consideration will b...
Arrivals. The Transfer Control Point (TCP) is the vertical extension of the lateral limits of the 10,000 feet airspace. ZTL must release arrivals for turns of up to 15 degrees crossing the TCP.
1. Birmingham-Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Airport (KBHM)
Arrivals. When the arrival and departure fixes are active, ZTL must clear arrivals operating at 11,000 feet or above to KBHM via SHIMS, NESTS, LYMPH, HERKO, WANDS, KIOSK, DIODE, or NULLS. Aircraft must be issued a restriction to cross the fix at 11,000 feet and:
Arrivals. 1. ZTL must clear all Augusta Terminal Area arrivals direct or via a radar vector to the destination airport.
2. AGS will have control for turns, not to exceed 15 degrees, for all Augusta Terminal arrival aircraft at 11,000 feet MSL within the geographical confines of AGS airspace.
3. AGS must transition arrivals into terminal airspace prior to the adjacent facility or sector boundary unless coordinated by AGS.
Arrivals. Tri-Cities (TRI)
1. ZTL must clear arrivals operating at 11,000 feet or above to the destination airport to cross the Transfer Control Point (TCP) descending to 11,000 feet. Upon completion of radar handoff and communications transfer from ZTL, TRI will have control for turns up to 30 degrees on Tri-Cities Regional (KTRI), Virginia Highlands (KVJI), Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx (0X0), and Greenville-Xxxxxx (KGCY) arrivals at or below 15,000 feet within 10 miles of the geographical confines of TRI airspace.
2. ZTL must clear arrivals operating at 10,000 feet and below to the destination airport to cross the TCP at an altitude appropriate for direction of flight.
Arrivals. 1. ZTL must clear arrivals operating at 11,000ft or above direct to the destination airport to maintain 11,000ft.
2. ZTL must clear arrivals operating at 10,000ft and below direct to the destination airport to cross the transfer of control point (TCP), which is the airspace boundary, level at a requested altitude for appropriate direction of flight.
3. ZTL must coordinate all aircraft at altitudes of 3,000 feet or below with MGM prior to handoff.
4. MGM must transition arrivals into terminal airspace as soon as possible after handoff and communications transfer, unless ZTL has issued and coordinated with MGM a pilots' direction descent for the aircraft.
a. MGM must have control of aircraft for turns of not more than 15 degrees without coordination with ZTL. ZTL is responsible to make point outs to
5. Aircraft requesting high altitude instrument approaches to MGM must be cleared to the IAF to hold and must be issued an EFC. The ZTL Xxxxxxx sector will coordinate the EFC altitude and type of approach requested with MGM. ZTL releases control to MGM for issuing approach clearance. It is the responsibility of Xxxxxxx sector to ensure aircraft requesting an instrument approach are clear of all other traffic prior to the communication changeover. MGM will advise Xxxxxxx if an aircraft's EFC will be extended more than 5 minutes.
Arrivals. 1. ZTL must clear arrivals operating at 11,000 feet or above to the destination airport. Arrivals must proceed via direct to the airport, via an appropriate STAR, or via a routing/vector heading to traverse the appropriate ATA and cross the Transfer Control Point (TCP) at 11,000 feet.
a. EXCEPTION: Arrivals from ZTL EAST DEPARTURE sector on the WORXS arrival must be cleared to cross ANGRI at 11,000 feet. Arrivals departing the ATL TERMINAL AREA must be cleared DABBO direct destination to cross DABBO at 11,000 feet.
b. EXCEPTION: Arrivals from UNARM sector assigned the MCHLN arrival must be cleared to cross MCHLN at 11,000 feet.
Arrivals. Departures -- Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 10:00 am. No early check-in; no late check-out. Weekly reservations, effective Saturday to Saturday.
