FHKC Information and Access. Upon execution of the Contract, FHKC will, in accordance with this Contract, provide Insurer with timely information and access to operating guidelines, policies, procedures, information systems and databases, FHKC leadership, management, and employees in order for Insurer to perform the services contemplated in this Contract, including providing the reports and other documents specified in the Contract.
