Fictitious Business Name Statement. The partners, or any one of them on the ---------------------------------- partnership's behalf, shall sign and cause to be filed and published an appropriate fictitious business name statement under the California Fictitious Business Name Law within 40 days after the partnership begins doing business, within 40 days after any subsequent change in its membership, and before the expiration of any previously filed statement. Each partner appoints Citadel as his or her agent and attorney-in-fact to execute on his or her behalf any such fictitious business name statement relating to this partnership.
Fictitious Business Name Statement. The Manager is authorized to file and publish a Fictitious Business Name Statement for the Company in any jurisdiction it deems appropriate.

Upon the execution of this Agreement or subsequent change in the Partners of the Partnership, the General Partner shall, if the Partnership is required, sign and cause to be filed and published in the county in which the principal place of business is situated, a fictitious business name statement or similar document in accordance with the provisions of Applicable Laws. Upon execution of this Partnership Agreement the Partners shall sign, cause to be filed and published in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and in any other County in which the Partnership transacts business, such Fictitious Business Name Statements as may be required setting forth MILWAUKEE MEDICAL SERVICES SYSTEMS as a dba of MILWAUKEE HEALTH SERVICES SYSTEMS.

Promptly after the commencement of the term of the Partnership, and upon any subsequent change in its Partners, CHC shall sign and cause to be filed and published in Los Angeles County, California, a Fictitious Business Name Statement pursuant to the provisions of Section 17000, ET SEQ., of the California Business and Professions Code, registering the Partnership to conduct the Business under the fictitious business name of "CHILDRENS HOME SERVICES" in said county, or under any other trade names or such other similar names as the Management Committee shall determine.
