Common use of Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omission Policy Clause in Contracts

Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omission Policy. The Master Servicer, at its expense, shall maintain with responsible companies, at its own expense, a blanket Fidelity Bond and an Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy, with broad coverage on all officers, employees and 127 other Persons acting on such Master Servicer's behalf, and covering errors and omissions in the performance of the Master Servicer's obligations hereunder. The Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy shall be in such form and amount that is consistent with coverage customarily maintained by master servicers of Mortgage Loans similar to the Mortgage Loans. The Master Servicer shall provide the Depositor and the Trustee, upon request, with a copy of the Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omission Policy.
