Field Allowance Sample Clauses

Field Allowance. 7.3.1 Teachers are entitled to the field allowance, specified in Appendix D clause 1.4, when supervising students attending a school camp or school trip for more than one complete day. Where a teacher receives the field allowance the incidentals allowance shall not be payable.
Field Allowance. If, on occasion, the employee is required, in the course of a business trip or temporary service (delegation) to stay in one place for an uninterrupted period of more than 28 (twenty- eight) days, the compensation for travel expenses shall be replaced by a field allowance as of the 29th (twenty-ninth) day. If the employee leaves the place only temporarily and it is clear that s/he has to return this shall not be deemed an interruption of the stay within the meaning of the above provision. If the employee is provided with reasonable free accommodation, the field allowance shall be reduced by one quarter per calendar day.
Field Allowance. (i) This allowance replaces camping allowance contained in Clause 34 of Crown Employees (Public Service Conditions of Employment) Reviewed Award 2009. (ii) This allowance is payable when an employee is required to stay overnight at a place other than their place of abode or commercial accommodation.

Field AllowanceWhere employees are required to be away from their normal place of work and usual place of residence for an overnight period an allowance of $17.84 per night shall be paid under the following circumstances: a) When accommodated in rig or seismic camps, or under canvas; or b) When accommodated in compressor station units.
Field Allowance. 40.1 A pro rata field allowance, commencing at $63.16 per day, will be available to cover the cost of food and camping consumables to an employee required to camp out in the field on excursions undertaken at the request of the relevant Head of School for the University. 40.2 The field allowance is in addition to all travelling expenses, fares and hire charges involved in the trip and assumes that all camping and living out gear is provided by the employee. 40.3 Where such an allowance is combined with the normal per diem allowance payable, the per diem allowance will cease and the field allowance will commence at the time when the employee leaves the metropolitan area or main country town directly into the field and will cease upon return to either of these centres, whereupon the normal per diem allowance will apply.
Field AllowanceThe Field Allowance of $40.30 per week is to be paid to: a) all employees appointed to field locations; and b) Tradespersons, Power Workers and Operators located in the Sydney Office.

(iii) The amounts payable per day of 24 hours, or part thereof (which must involve an overnight stay), are: (a) where meals are provided by OEH, $3.12 per hour; and (b) where meals are not provided by OEH, $4.99 per hour. (iv) OEH will provide the necessary equipment. (v) In the exceptional circumstances where equipment is not supplied, no additional allowance is payable.
Field Allowance a. It is acknowledged that, from time to time, there will be a need to design work programs with extended duration cycles. Such reasons may include but are not limited to; contractor alignment, pipeline supply constraints, overall task duration, contractual stand-down penalties. However, to the extent possible, the Employer will endeavour to plan work program shift cycles with a maximum duration of 14 consecutive days, exclusive of breaks. b. Where applicable, travel expenses will be paid in addition to the Field Allowance. c. In the event that a program cycle (exclusive of breaks) extends past 14 consecutive days by management direction, a Field Allowance shall be paid to the Employee at the rate specified in Appendix E, for the days worked in excess of the 14 consecutive day period, until such time that the Employee receives a break or until practical completion of their program involvement. For the purpose of this Clause, a "break" means de-mobilisation from the project site to the Employees normal work address or their chosen break destination.
Field Allowance. In cases where an employee is required to work away from any Gemco Rail Pty Ltd site, that is a site controlled by Gemco Rail, within a radius of 50km from their Home Depot, an allowance of 20% will be added to their hourly rate.
