Field Coordinator. If first-line representatives are unable to resolve a network connection issue, the Call Center will dispatch the Field Coordinator for advanced support. The Coordinator, upon further investigation, will address any network related issues. The nature of our broadband Ethernet service means there is no in-room equipment to support and, when possible, trouble tickets will be resolved remotely without entry into the end user’s room.
Field Coordinator. The field coordinator will have a Master’s degree in public health, sociology or a related field, or the equivalent in education and experience. Knowledge regarding quantitative data collection methods will be required. In addition, s/he will have at least 1 year of experience working directly with people experiencing poverty, homelessness, and/or criminal justice system involvement. The ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders will be essential;
