Alcoholic Beverages/Illegal Drugs. Consumption of alcoholic beverages in cabin is limited to persons of legal age. Guests understand that there is to be no excessive drinking of alcohol, nor illegal drug use. Violation of this condition will result in immediate eviction of the cabin, local authorities will be notified for violations and no refunds will be given.

Alcoholic Beverages/Illegal Drugs. 1. Any organization renting the Civic Center that intends to serve alcoholic beverages during the event, must provide proof of a Host Liquor Liability endorsement to its insurance. 2. If alcohol is sold, the Renting Party must hire a state licensed bartender or caterer and provide proof of license. 3. Alcoholic beverages will not be provided to or consumed by anyone under the age of 21. 4. Illegal drugs will not be allowed or used on the premises.
Alcoholic Beverages/Illegal Drugs. Noise/Animals. Any uses, which involve the serving and/or sale of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs and/or the conducting of games of chance, are prohibited on the Premises. Tenant shall comply with the District-wide policy prohibiting the use of tobacco products on the Premises at all times.   • TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS All Orange County operations under the Board of County Commissioners shall be tobacco free. This policy shall apply to parking lots, parks, break areas and worksites. It is also applicable to Contractors and their personnel during contract performance on County owned property. Tobacco is defined as tobacco products including, but not limited to, cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, chewing tobacco and snuff. Failure to abide by this policy may result in civil penalties levied under Chapter 386, Florida Statutes and/or contract enforcement remedies.

  • Alcohol and Drug Testing Employee agrees to comply with and submit to any Company program or policy for testing for alcohol abuse or use of drugs and, in the absence of such a program or policy, to submit to such testing as may be required by Company and administered in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
