Common use of Field Order Clause in Contracts

Field Order. A written order issued by City which requires changes in the Work but which does not involve a change in the Contract Price, Contract Time, or the intent of the Engineer.

Field Order. A written order issued by City CITY REP which requires CONTRACTOR to perform minor changes in the Work Work, but which does not involve a change in the Contract Price, Contract Time, Price or the intent of the EngineerContract Times.
