Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.
Student Services 1. Students taking college classes for dual credit may utilize the same services that are available to other MCC students. MCC is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient access to such services as academic advising, learning materials (e.g., library resources), and other services for which the student may be eligible. Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.
Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:
EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.
Extra Services District-authorized services outside of the scope in Exhibit “A” or District-authorized reimbursables not included in Architect’s Fee.
Financial Management Services Definition: Financial Management Services includes the planning, directing, monitoring, organizing, and controlling of the monetary resources of an organization. SERVICES OF CONSULTANT Consultant agrees to perform for Client the Services. As such Consultant will provide bona fide services to Client. The services to be provided by Consultant will not be in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction, and will not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for Client's securities.
Authorized Services The County shall pay the Contractor only for authorized services provided in accordance with this Contract. If this Contract is terminated for any reason, the County shall pay only for services authorized and provided through the date of termination.
