Common use of Field Survey Work Clause in Contracts

Field Survey Work. The classifications herein referred to shall apply only to Employees covered hereby, regularly employed in field survey work, excluding Individual Employer, executive, administrative or supervisory personnel, professional or office engineer personnel, draftsmen, estimators, timekeepers, messengers, guards, clerical help or field office help, and excluding the use of survey instruments normally used by any other employees in the performance of their duties.
