Common use of Field Tickets Clause in Contracts

Field Tickets. Immediately prior to the return of the Equipment to Strad, or later with Strad’s written approval, Lessee shall sign a field ticket in the form Strad requires (“Field Ticket”) confirming the length of Rental Term, Equipment rental rates (“Rental Fees”) and all other applicable charges, including charges for damage, repairs, replacement and cleaning requirements which Strad assesses to be owing upon its inspection of the Equipment, whether in the field or the applicable Strad facility where the inspection and/or cleaning is performed.
