Common use of File Search Reports Clause in Contracts

File Search Reports. Attached hereto as Schedule 4 is a true and accurate summary of the file search reports from (a) each jurisdiction identified in Section 1(a) with respect to each legal name set forth in Section 1, and (b) each jurisdiction described in Schedule 1(c) relating to any of the transactions described in Schedule 1(c) with respect to each legal name of the person or entity from which the Borrower purchased or otherwise acquired any of the Collateral or merged or consolidated with or acquired.

File Search Reports. Attached hereto as Schedule 4 is a true and accurate summary of the 4(a) are complete file search reports from (a) the Uniform Commercial Code filing offices in each jurisdiction applicable to each Company identified in Section 1(a) with respect to each legal name set forth and in Section 1, and (b) each jurisdiction described in Schedule 1(c). Attached hereto as Schedule 4(b) relating to any are bankruptcy, federal and state tax lien, judgment and intellectual property searches for each of the transactions described entities listed in Schedule 1(c) with respect to each legal name of the person or entity from which the Borrower purchased or otherwise acquired any of the Collateral or merged or consolidated with or acquired1(d).

Attached hereto as Schedule 4 is a true and accurate summary of the file search reports from (a) the Uniform Commercial Code filing offices in each jurisdiction identified in Section 1(a) with respect to each legal name set forth in or Section 1, and (b) each jurisdiction described in Schedule 1(c) relating to any of the transactions described in Schedule 1(c) 2 with respect to each legal name of the person each Loan Party set forth in Section 1. A true copy of each financing statement, including judgment and tax liens, bankruptcy and pending lawsuits or entity from which the Borrower purchased or otherwise acquired any of other filing identified in such file search reports has been delivered to the Collateral or merged or consolidated with or acquiredAgent.
