Common use of Filed or Distributed Information Clause in Contracts

Filed or Distributed Information. Promptly upon their becoming available, copies of (i) all financial statements, reports, notices and proxy statements sent or made available generally by the Borrower to its security holders acting in such capacity or by any Restricted Subsidiary to its security holders other than the Borrower or another Restricted Subsidiary, (ii) all regular and periodic reports and all registration statements and prospectuses, if any, filed by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary with any securities exchange or with the SEC or any Governmental Authority performing similar functions and (iii) all press releases and other statements made available generally by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to the public concerning material developments in the business of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary;
