Common use of Filed Tariffs Clause in Contracts

Filed Tariffs. Any applicable tariffs filed with the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) or the relevant state public service commission (“Filed Tariffs”). However, in any situation in which applicable law compels that Filed Tariffs be given priority over Written Contracts, Filed Tariffs shall have that higher priority.
