Filing an Appeal. A. If Licensee wishes to appeal the assessment, a notice of appeal must be delivered to Parks within ten (10) days along with a statement of reasons why it believes the assessment was erroneous. The statement of reasons must be notarized. Any evidence supporting Licensee’s appeal (such as photographs, documents, witness statements, etc.) should also be included. B. If no appeal is received within ten (10) days of the date the assessment is mailed, the assessment shall be considered final and charged to Licensee’s account.
