Filing – Closing Date. If Exhibit B attached hereto contains any employment projections, to file with the Agency, on or prior to the dated date of this Agreement, an employment plan, based on the employment projections contained in Exhibit B attached hereto, containing the information described on Exhibit D attached hereto and any additional information described in the Project facility Agreements.

Related to Filing – Closing Date

  • Closing Date The date and time of the issuance and sale of the Note pursuant to this Agreement (the “Closing Date”) shall be on or around May 7, 2019.
