Filing of Amendments to the Certificate. Each of the Members hereby agrees to execute and file any required amendments to the Certificate and to do or cause to be done all other acts requisite for the continuation of the Company as a limited liability company pursuant to the laws of the State of Delaware or any other applicable law.
