Common use of Filing of Application to Merge Clause in Contracts

Filing of Application to Merge. Premier at its sole cost and expense shall cause to be filed with the Federal Reserve Board, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, West Virginia Board of Banking and Financial Institutions and the Bureau of Financial Institutions of the Commonwealth of Virginia, State Corporation Commission an application to merge Xxxxx and Interim Company, and shall cause Interim Company to take such action as is provided in this Agreement upon Interim Company’s part to be taken.
