Filing of Budget with Trustee. For the duration of this Facilities Agreement, the County shall file with the Trustee, prior to the end of each Fiscal Year, a copy of the annual budget of the County for the following Fiscal Year. The Trustee shall have no duty to review or analyze such annual budget or verify the accuracy thereof and shall hold such annual budget solely as a repository for the benefit of the holders of the Obligations, nor shall the Trustee be deemed to have notice of any information contained therein or event of default which may be disclosed therein in any manner.
