Common use of Filing of Documents Clause in Contracts

Filing of Documents. Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, will cause the documents filed with the FAA pursuant to Section 3.01(j), the financing statements required pursuant to Section 3.01(k) and all continuation statements (and any amendments necessitated by any combination, consolidation or merger pursuant to Section 4.02(e), or any relocation of its chief executive office) in respect of such financing statements to be prepared and, subject only to the execution and delivery thereof by Owner Trustee, duly and timely filed and recorded, or filed for recordation, to the extent permitted under the Transportation Code (with respect to such documents filed with the FAA) or the Uniform Commercial Code or similar law of any other applicable jurisdiction (with respect to such other documents).
