Filing of Documents. Subject to the provisions of section 1.1(f), pleadings and other documents shall be filed with the IICA; the number of copies filed shall be equal to the number of parties plus one for each arbitrator and one for the IICA. The arbitrator(s) shall decide on the extent, if any, to which document disclosure and the like shall be filed with the IICA.
