Filing of Documents. The parties agree to cooperate fully with one another in filing all necessary documents with the FCC and any other government agency that may require same to accomplish the objectives set forth herein. Broker agrees to procure and pay for engineering and legal services to file for and prosecute any modification and transfer applications. Broker shall provide Licensee sufficient information after construction to permit Licensee to apply for license within 10 days of construction completion.
