Filing of Notice for Arbitration. Notice of the demand for arbitration shall be filed with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with a copy provided to Owner. The Parties shall negotiate or mediate under the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules & Mediation Procedures of the AAA (“AAA Rules”), or mutually acceptable service, before seeking arbitration in accordance with the then-applicable AAA Rules.
