The Fund shall have the following responsibilities in connection with Installation and Conversion of the System: (i) The Fund shall be solely responsible for the timely acquisition and maintenance of the hardware and software that attach to the Designated Configuration in order to use the Data Access Services at the Designated Locations, and (ii) State Street and the Fund each agree that they will assign qualified personnel to actively participate during the Installation and Conversion phase of the System implementation to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum.
