Charter Amendment definition

Charter Amendment means the Certificate of Amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Charter Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 4(a)(i).
Charter Amendment means an amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto.
