Filing Timeline. If any grievance is not initiated at Level One within thirty (30) days after the Professional Staff Member knew of the event or condition upon which it is based or with reasonable diligence should have known of such event or condition, the grievance shall be considered waived, shall no longer be deemed a grievance, and may not be processed as such. This thirty (30) day timeline includes the informal level. However, if a condition is recurring, the thirty (30) day time limit will be applied to the most recent occurrence.

Filing Timeline. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a public hearing within 45 days after the receipt of a complete petition for a Variance as determined by the Zoning Administrator. No partial or incomplete applications will be accepted. Applications shall be submitted electronically or using a portable storage device.
