Common use of Filing Timeline Clause in Contracts

Filing Timeline. If any grievance is not initiated at level one within thirty (30) days after the Licensed Educational Interpreter knew of the event or condition upon which it is based or with reasonable diligence should have known of such event or condition, the grievance shall be considered waived, shall no longer be deemed a grievance, and my not be processed as such. This thirty (30) day timeline includes the informal level. However, if a condition is recurring, the thirty (30) day time limit will be applied to the most recent occurrence.
