Common use of Filing with the Commission Clause in Contracts

Filing with the Commission. No later than June 30, 2017, GMO shall file a pleading, along with the 2017 Interim Report, regarding its continued RTO participation or having another entity serve as its ICT after September 30, 2018. That pleading shall also address, among other things, whether the Service Agreement or similar mechanism for the provision of transmission service to Missouri Bundled Retail Load should continue to remain in effect between GMO and any RTO in which GMO may participate after September 30, 2018. Key dates established in this Stipulation that are applicable to the 2018 Interim Period, including those associated with the 2017 Interim Report, are also set forth in Attachment A.
