Common use of Filings, Disclosure and Reports Clause in Contracts

Filings, Disclosure and Reports. Each Party acknowledges that the other Party may have an obligation under Law to disclose information regarding Biomass to Governmental Authorities, parties handling Biomass, parties exposed to Biomass, and to the general public, and each Party will promptly upon the request of any such obligated Party provide such Party with any information required by Law for such disclosures. Each Party will prepare, file and maintain copies of all reports required by Law to be filed with any federal, state or local Governmental Entity concerning such Party’s activities under this Agreement and each Party will promptly provide a copy of any such reports to the other Party upon request.
