Filings, Notices and Certain Governmental Approvals. Promptly after Closing, Buyer shall (a) record the Assignment of the Assets and any Additional Assignments of the Assets executed at Closing in all applicable real property records and at the offices of all relevant Governmental Authorities, and (b) send notices to vendors supplying goods and services for the Assets of the assignment of such Assets to Buyer and, if applicable, the designation of Buyer as the operator thereof.
