Filings, Notices and Certain Governmental Approvals. As soon as reasonably possible after the Closing, but in no event later than 90 days after such Closing, Buyer shall remove the names of Seller and its Affiliates, including “Gastar” and all variations thereof, from the Assets. Promptly after Closing, Buyer shall make all requisite filings with, and provide the requisite notices to, the appropriate Governmental Authorities to accomplish all transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
