Common use of Final Acceptance of Ground Spare Satellite Clause in Contracts

Final Acceptance of Ground Spare Satellite. Final Acceptance of the Ground Spare Satellite, if the option to purchase the Ground Spare Satellite is exercised pursuant to Article 30 (Options), shall occur when such Ground Spare Satellite is Available for Shipment, unless, within a reasonable period of time (to permit Contractor to conduct the necessary actions to support a Launch of the Ground Spare Satellite) prior to the Available for Shipment date for the Ground Spare Satellite, Customer notifies Contractor that it intends to launch the Ground Spare Satellite. In such event, Final Acceptance of such Ground Spare Satellite shall be determined in accordance with the appropriate provisions of this Contract or as otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties.
