Final Agreement; Ratification. When an agreement is reached through negotiation, the outcome shall be reduced to writing. Both parties shall review the agreement to determine the accuracy of the Tentative Agreement. If the agreement is then in proper form, two original copies shall be submitted to the GEA and the Board for ratification within five (5) days of the date of agreement. Upon ratification, each original shall be signed by the appropriate representatives of both parties.
