Common use of Final Agreement Clause in Contracts

Final Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior understandings, written or oral, except as set forth in a separate written employment agreement by and between Buyer, Buyer Bank and the Executive.
