Final and Binding Awards. Any award rendered by the arbitrator shall be conclusive and binding upon the parties hereto; provided, however, that any such award shall be accompanied by a written opinion of the arbitrator giving the reasons for the award. This provision for arbitration shall be specifically enforceable by the parties and the decision of the arbitrator in accordance therewith shall be final and binding, and there shall be no right of appeal therefrom. The parties agree to comply with any award made in any such arbitration proceedings that has become final in accordance with the Rules, and agree to the entry of a judgment in any jurisdiction upon any award rendered in such proceedings becoming final under the Rules.
