Final Approval Briefing. All opening briefs and supporting documents in support of a request for Final Approval of the Settlement and Settlement benefits must be filed and served at least ten (10) days prior to the Final Approval Hearing. All briefing and supporting documents in support of an application for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses and Service Awards must be filed twenty-one (21) days prior to the Objection Deadline.
