The Court hereby certifies, for settlement purposes only, a Settlement Class consisting of: the approximately 76.6 million U.S. residents identified by T-Mobile whose information was compromised in the Data Breach, as reflected in the Class List. The Court further hereby certifies, for settlement purposes only, a California Settlement Subclass consisting of: members of the Settlement Class that were residents of the State of California on August 1, 2021.

The Expungement Settlement Class does not include Defendant’s officers, directors, and employees; Defendant’s attorneys; Named Plaintiffs’ attorneys; and any Judge overseeing or considering the approval of the Settlement together with members of their immediate family and any judicial staff.

The Source Settlement Class does not include Defendant’s officers, directors, and employees; Defendant’s attorneys; Named Plaintiffs’ attorneys; any Judge overseeing or considering the approval of the Settlement together with members of their immediate family and any judicial staff.

The Chart Settlement Class does not include Defendant’s officers, directors, and employees; Defendant’s attorneys; Named Plaintiffs’ attorneys; and any Judge overseeing or considering the approval of the Settlement together with members of their immediate family and any judicial staff.
