The prices in the UFBPA price quotation will not be accepted, or UFBPA executed until such time as the Director, DHA, approves the recommendation of the DoD P&T Committee. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 1074g and 32 CFR 199.21, the recommendations of the DoD P&T Committee and the final decisions of the Director, DHA are not limited by the condition sets for which price quotes are solicited.
