Final Completion Schedule. The Construction Manager shall jointly develop with the Architect/Engineer and the City’s Representative, a detailed plan, inclusive of Punch Lists, final inspections, maintenance training and turn-over procedures, to be used for ensuring accomplishment of a smooth and phased transition from construction to Final Completion. The Final Completion Schedule shall be produced and updated monthly and may be part of the Construction Schedule.
Final Completion Schedule.
