Final Conditions. 28.1 If a condition of this contract is or becomes ineffective due to the breach of a law or contra bonos mores, or any other reason, the validity of the remaining conditions will not be affected. In place of the ineffective condition, a condition will be agreed on that is permissible and is as close as possible to the economic intent of the original condition.
