Final Design Phase Services Sample Clauses
The "Final Design Phase Services" clause defines the scope of work and responsibilities that a service provider must fulfill during the last stage of the design process for a project. Typically, this includes preparing detailed construction documents, finalizing specifications, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure all design elements are complete and ready for implementation. By clearly outlining these obligations, the clause ensures that both parties understand the deliverables and expectations at the conclusion of the design phase, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or incomplete work before moving into construction or execution.
