Prepare Technical Specifications. This task includes assembling the technical specifications necessary for the project. The standard specifications to be utilized will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Prepare Technical Specifications. The CONSULTANT will prepare Technical Specifications using Standard Specifications developed from CDOT standards and local requirements shall be used.

Full surveying scope of services is included in the proposal from ▇▇▇▇▇ and Associates Land Surveyors, LLC see Exhibit “C”. 5.1 Environmental: Including Wetland and Stream Delineation, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) for use in a Nationwide Permit 14 for the impacts to jurisdictional waters, and Georgia Environmental Protection Division (GA EPD) Stream Buffer Variance application for impacts to state-waters including the 25’ stream buffer and are further described below along with estimated cost. The standard specifications to be utilized include but are not limited to the following: Item C-100 Contractor Quality Control Program (CQCP) Item C-102 Temporary Air and Water Pollution, Soil Erosion and Siltation Control Item C-105 Mobilization Item P-101 Surface Preparation Item P-152 Excavation, Subgrade, and Embankment Item P-154 Subbase Course Item P-208 Aggregate Base Course Item P-401 Asphalt Mix Pavement Item P-603 Emulsified Asphalt Tack Coat Item P-610 Structural Portland Cement Concrete Item P-620 Runway and Taxiway Marking Item L-110 Airport Underground Electrical Duct Banks and Conduits Item L-115 Electrical Manholes and Junction Structures If Modifications to the FAA Standard Specifications seem justified, the modifications will be thoroughly reviewed with the FAA at this point and if the FAA concurs, the modifications will be placed in the design report and the final specification manual.

For work not covered by FAA Standards, Standard Specifications developed from Department of Transportation standards and local requirements shall be used.
