Common use of Final dispositions Clause in Contracts

Final dispositions. (a) This MOU will come into effect on the date of signature by the Participants. (b) The Participants may amend this MoU at any time upon their mutual written consent. (c) A Participant may terminate this MoU by giving six (6) months written notice to the other Participant.
