Common use of Final Fee Applications and Payment of Allowed Professional Fee Claims Clause in Contracts

Final Fee Applications and Payment of Allowed Professional Fee Claims. All final requests for payment of Professional Fee Claims must be Filed with the Bankruptcy Court and served on the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, no later than the first Business Day that is sixty (60) days after the Effective Date. After notice and a hearing in accordance with the procedures established by the Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rules, and prior Bankruptcy Court orders, the Allowed amounts of such Professional Fee Claims shall be determined by the Bankruptcy Court. The amount of Allowed Professional Fee Claims owing to the Professionals shall be paid in Cash to such Professionals from funds held in the Professional Fee Escrow when such Claims are Allowed by order of the Bankruptcy Court.
