Final Guest Count. The University requesting department shall provide a final guest-count to Caterer no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled event.
Final Guest Count. A FINAL HEAD COUNT of all adults and children must be provided by 1:00 p.m. SEVEN days prior to your event. This is the number of people you will be charged for in the final bill. If fewer adults attend your party, you will still be charged the fixed price per adult based on the final head count. If additional adults and children attend, there will be a Parkway liaison to assist you to determine if more buffet headcounts are needed at that time or later in the evening to add to your final bill.

Final Guest Count. Final guest count, not subject to reduction, is due 5 business days prior to your event date(s). If you need to increase your guest count within 5 business days of your event date, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Additional fees and charges MAY apply, depending on how drastic the number are changed. You will ONLY be charged for the guaranteed number of guests served unless you have more attendees than the guarantee AND TFS was required to purchase more Food and or Beverages to accommodate you. GUEST COUNT OVERAGE If your guest count at the time of your event is MORE than what your final count was agreed on, you will be billed for the additional guests. (And hope we have plenty of food.)
Final Guest Count. The lessee is responsible for the minimum guest guarantee agreed upon contract at full price. The lessee must notify the lessor of the number of people to be served not later than five (5) days before the function. Due to the lessor’s separate commitments, no allowance or credit shall be made for any decrease in the actual number of guests served.
